● Stay Curious and Question AI Outputs: Always question the rationale behind AI-generated recommendations. Whether as a student you take its help for answer structures, essay writing, etc. Or as a teacher, you take AI aid in lesson planning, demo lectures, etc. Make sure that you cross-check AI-provided solutions with independent sources or your knowledge.

●Prioritize Continuous Learning: No matter how much you learn from AI make sure that your independent thirst for learning remains in you. Stay informed about the basics of how AI works to better understand its limitations. Always practice analytical thinking, and scenario analysis, play mind games, and brainstorm regularly to keep your cognitive skills sharp.

●Encourage Collaboration Between AI and Human Expertise: To help students, teachers can combine AI-generated insights with team discussions, and class/group discussions, to arrive at balanced solutions.

● Set Boundaries for AI Usage: Whether you are a student or a teacher, you should limit reliance on AI for certain tasks to prevent dependency. You should be able to clearly distinguish tasks best suited for AI versus those requiring human oversight.

Cultivating a Culture of Balanced Thinking

● Encourage Ethical AI Use: Foster discussions in school seminars, discussions, meetings, etc about the ethical implications of AI in decision-making.

● Promote Digital Literacy: Equip individuals with the skills to critically analyze AI outputs and make informed choices.
