As an IT Technician at Acmo Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our information technology systems. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- User Assistance: Assist users with IT-related queries, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution of issues.
- Network Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and connectivity.
