As an IT Technician at Acmo Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our information technology systems. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • User Assistance: Assist users with IT-related queries, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Network Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and connectivity.
  • Security Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure hardware components, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
