In User Acquisition, they offer tailored solutions to effortlessly expand the user base by tapping into OEMs and diverse app networks. On the Monetization front, the premium brand partnerships boost eCPM while the proprietary solutions maximize app earnings. Challenges
We started our journey with TyrAds in July 2022 when they sought our assistance to develop a comprehensive software solution to increase the productivity of their workplace. We know the data handled by app marketing agencies is huge. It incorporates information regarding app description and purpose, target audience, list of direct and indirect competitors, app store optimization (ASO) data, user acquisition channels, data related to advertisers, publishers, marketing budget, campaigns, and many more. TyrAds being an app marketing used to handle this vast data manually in the Excel sheets, thereby engaging most of their workforce and other resources in this task.
This manual approach introduced inefficiencies, as it required considerable time and effort from employees to input, organize, and update data. Tasks that could have been automated consumed valuable resources, potentially diverting attention away from more strategic and value-added activities within the company.
Moreover, the manual data management system was susceptible to potential errors. Human error, such as data entry mistakes, duplication of records, or inconsistencies in formatting, posed a considerable risk to data accuracy. These errors could have led to misinformation or misinterpretation of critical information, impacting decision-making processes and undermining the reliability of Tyrads’ operations.
Another challenge stemmed from the limited scalability of the manual data management approach. As Tyrads expanded its client base, acquired more advertisers and publishers, and launched additional campaigns, the manual systems struggled to keep pace with growing data volumes. This lack of scalability led to bottlenecks, data silos, and difficulties in accessing and analyzing information promptly.
Furthermore, the manual process inherently lacked real-time insights into key metrics and performance indicators. Without access to up-to-date information, Tyrads may have encountered challenges in monitoring campaign effectiveness, identifying emerging trends, or addressing issues promptly.
A team from Acmo Network worked with Tyrads to develop the software solution for them known as “Tyrads Agency Software”. It started with building a campaign management platform that grew out to be a supply check system, completed in three stages
First Phase
The first phase started with the development of a user-friendly dashboard. This dashboard was meticulously designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring a seamless user experience for all stakeholders. By prioritizing user-friendliness, Tyrads aimed to enhance user adoption and productivity while minimizing the learning curve associated with navigating the platform.
Recognizing the importance of efficient team management, the software incorporated a dedicated module tailored to the needs of the Tyrads team. This module empowered team members to effortlessly add and manage publishers, advertisers, and their respective users. By centralizing these functions within a single platform, Tyrads streamlined onboarding new clients and maintaining existing partnerships, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
To foster transparent and timely communication, the software integrated automated email notifications to keep both publishers and advertisers informed about campaign progress. These automated notifications served as a mechanism for maintaining ongoing engagement and providing stakeholders with real-time updates on campaign performance and milestones. By enhancing communication channels, Tyrads cultivated stronger relationships with clients and partners, instilling confidence and trust in their services.
Second Phase
In the second stage of development for the “Tyrads Agency Software,” the focus shifted towards incorporating advanced functionalities and enhancements to further augment Tyrads‘ capabilities in mobile app advertising.
Recognizing the importance of comprehensive reporting and analytics for their clients, Tyrads leveraged third-party integrations. These integrations facilitated the generation of detailed reports that provided the client with valuable insights into various aspects of their advertising campaigns. Through these reports, the client gained visibility into critical metrics such as campaign performance, expenditure, and revenue generation.
As part of their commitment to robust data management and organization, the client asked the developing team to implement an inherited table structure within their software. This sophisticated approach to data structuring involved creating nested or hierarchical tables, allowing for more complex relationships and associations between different data entities. The inherited table implementation likely enhanced the scalability and flexibility of the software, allowing it to accommodate evolving business requirements and increase data volumes effectively.
Third Phase
In the next stage of development, Tyrads shifted its focus towards enhancing the experience for publishers by introducing a dedicated login dashboard tailored specifically to the needs of publishers. This dashboard served as a centralized hub where publishers could access relevant information and functionalities pertinent to their engagement with Tyrads‘ platform. By providing publishers with their personalized dashboards, Tyrads aimed to enhance the user experience, streamline navigation, and facilitate seamless interaction with the platform’s features and services.
With this dashboard, publishers gained access to detailed information about ongoing and upcoming campaigns, including campaign objectives, target demographics, and performance metrics. This increased transparency empowered publishers to make informed decisions regarding campaign selection and participation, enabling them to align their inventory with campaigns that best suited their audience and content preferences.
In addition to providing visibility into available campaigns, Tyrads enabled publishers to align their strategies and preferences with the campaigns offered on the platform. Publishers were empowered to identify campaigns that resonated with their audience demographics, content themes, and advertiser preferences. By facilitating this alignment, Tyrads enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns for both publishers and advertisers.
